  1. So if you take Lundqvist’s healthy upper body and put on healthy Nash’s lower body, you can get a decent hybrid player.

You can call it – Forwalie.

  2. Rangers were too relaxed on their imaginary superiority, with those lazy, negligent passes and habitual inability to use scoring opportunities. Shooting in collective foot.

  3. I know nothing is official until the sportswriters vote on it but I think it’s safe to say that this years team is the worst passing team of all time

  4. Horrible. Not sure why the team thought it was a good idea to celebrate Tuesday’s Florida win by going out with the Giants wide receivers on a party boat in Miami last night! 😉 The upper body injury for Nash is obviously just a helluva hangover!

  6. Reading McD’s lips it looked like he said “don’t worry about it.” Someone on the ice must have said something about them failing to set up Step.

  7. The only thing more predictable than this loss would have been the same matchup at MSG. Possibly the least important loss in Rangers history, but let the fun begin: no way they go anywhere in the playoffs after this showing, etc.

  8. This team just can’t get it done when it really matters. Pathetic! I’m not sure Stepan could score if he was the only one on the ice. They came out in the 3rd like they just finished a Thanksgiving dinner!

  9. This cotton candy team just doesn’t have it. They will be embarrassed in the 1st round “book it”. Well there’s always next year. 1 cup in 78 years truly a proud organization!

  10. This team just can’t get it done when it really matters? Um, this was not a prime example of a time when it really matters, was it? No need for points, best two players sidelined, and they still did OK with the likes of Kampfer, Puempel, Pirri, Glass. 4 of 6 points on the southern swing–take it.

  11. Sorry Norm forgot to add your name to the last post. Add yes probably a bit of an over reaction on my part. But championship teams consistently beat bottom dwellers and that takes hard work for 60 min.

  12. Shockers… NHL officials Sh%$t the bed again and the Rangers are one of the worst teams in the league after a loss … 3rd game in 4 nights and down a bunch of players in a meaningless game..they just need to focus on getting healthy, resting guys down the stretch and getting powerplay going.

  13. Good morning, boneheads!
The sky is falling? Are the Islanders catching up? 🙂
The best thing about last night’s is Zibanejad may be heating up, finally. They need him to get going for the playoffs.
Is this the year when Kreider scores 30?

They really need to take the replay call out of the hands of the on ice zebras. As noted in the post, they are working on tiny screens in a charged environment. At least let somebody with a big monitor/tv and no screaming fans make the call. Refs wear big boy pants, they can take being over ruled now and then.

Tanner was almost the hero again but failed to jam that puck in. Don’t know whats wrong with Opie. Maybe he’s just not getting any
